Designer
Once a Workflow and Version have been created, the designing process can begin. Select the desired Workflow Version in the Details tab of the Workflow Properties, then click the Edit button to open the Designer.

![]() Go back to the Workflow Properties.
![]() Allows copying and pasting one or more Fields within the Workflow. Select any Fields that you wish to copy, then hover over the Clipboard button and click the Copy option. You can subsequently paste these Fields back in at any point within the Workflow by hovering over the Clipboard button and selecting the Paste option. Note that if you have a Field highlighted in the Designer when you click Paste, the copied Fields will be pasted immediately below the highlighted Field.
Copying and pasting can also be achieved using the standard Windows hotkeys of Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
Copying and pasting Fields is distinct from making use of Used Fields. Copying and pasting a Field leaves no link or relationship between the copied and pasted Field, with the pasted Field simply being a snapshot of the copied control at the moment of pasting. On the other hand, Used Fields are truly linked, and provide multiple instances of the same Field within a Workflow where editing any instance of the Field will affect all the other instances.
![]() Created Environments can be selected to allow their configured Environment Variables to be used within the current Workflow.
![]() Created Stylesheets can be selected for application to the current Workflow.
![]() If configured, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) can be created and accessed from any Page of a Workflow. They are useful for dealing with ad hoc questions that may arise at any time during a conversation with a customer, such as a client's business hours or the location of their branches.
![]() System Variables and Workflow Variables (used for storing temporary data accessible on all pages of a Workflow) can be viewed, added, and edited from this menu.
![]() The Check Workflow button allows users to ensure all Pages in the Workflow are potentially accessible (have at least one Field that navigates to that Page), all linking Fields have a destination configured, and that the Start Page, Penultimate Page, and Last Page have been set (ensuring that the Workflow can be launched and closed).
The Check Workflow functionality isn't a guarantee that these Pages are actually accessible, as the linking Fields in question may only be triggered by an impossible condition. It should be treated as an assistant to testing, and not a substitute for testing.
![]() Find Field allows Fields to be searched for across all Pages in the Workflow, and can be used to immediately transition to the location of a selected Field.
![]() Expand/collapse the Page list. Created Pages will be visible and manageable in this list.
The two buttons on the right respectively import a Template into this Workflow as a Page, or add a blank Page to the Workflow.
![]() List of all of the Pages and their names within the Workflow. Clicking the Edit (pencil) icon will allow the User to edit the Page Properties, and the three circles before the name indicate the Start Page, Penultimate Page, and Last Page.
![]() Displays the currently selected Page's name. This can be useful when the Controls Tray is expanded (as it will obscure the Page List).
