The navigation toolbar appears at the top of the screen once a Campaign is launched.
All toolbar button functions are described below. Most of the buttons' visibility and availability can be controlled by using a Toolbar Button Field, or the associated Helper Functions.
Click to view Frequently Asked Questions help panel. When this button is clicked, any configured FAQs for the current Workflow will open in a dialog box.
If the User has already used the Back toolbar button, then the Forward toolbar button will allow them to move forward through their Page history.
Last
Move to the Penultimate Page of the Workflow (usually where they can select an outcome and close the Workflow).

Click to view the history of the record, showing the history of individual record runs and the associated agents for each.
