The Option Selector window is used for Control types where the agent chooses one or more options from a list that have been built into the Workflow. Each of these options is composed of two parts: the Text that is displayed to the agent for their guidance, and the Value that is used for the Field's value should that option be selected.
Import Options
If a standard set of options is used repeatedly, or the desired list of options is very large, they may be stored in an external location and then imported into Intelligent Agent. Clicking on this button will take you through the Import Wizard process, and add the selected Text:Value option pairs into the list.
To manually add Text:Value pairs, this button must be clicked. Each time it is clicked, it adds another blank entry to the list that can then be edited as desired.
Each entry to be used is displayed in the list. Each of these entries can be resequenced by clicking and dragging the arrow icon at the left edge, deleted by clicking the red cross at the right edge, or customised by altering the data in the two cells.
Both the Text and Value can reference a Field or Variable, and the referenced Field or Variable's value will be replaced in the resulting text at the moment the Page is loaded. For example, "SKU [Product 1 ID]".
If removing many options at once, it may be preferred to remove all options from the list at once rather than removing them individually. Note that if all entries are removed accidentally, the Field Properties modal can be closed without saving to discard this deletion.
