The Toolbar Buttons Control is used to control the usability and visibility of the Navigation and Communication buttons on the top toolbar. Once a Page containing this Field loads, all toolbar buttons will have their state set to match the configuration in the Field.
The Field isn't visible to the agent at all, and neither requires nor allows specific triggering other than its Page being loaded.
This Control is part of the Basic Control pack, and will always be available.
How To
Add a Toolbar Buttons to the Page. The options can be configured in the Options tab of the Field Properties.
The Toolbar Buttons Control has fourteen unique options available in its Options tab, equating to each of the configurable Navigation and Communication toolbar buttons. Each can be Enabled, Disabled, or Hidden.
The options have the following effects:
Option

Enabled
The button will be visible and clickable (as long as there are no other conditions preventing its use).
Disabled
The button will be visible, but not clickable.
Hidden
The button will not be visible, and not clickable.
