The Awaken Audio - Start Control allows designers to trigger the streaming of audio from the agent's computer to the Awaken Intelligence audio processing servers, with the transcribed text being used to feed the CoPilot capabilities.
The Field isn't visible to the agent at all, and neither requires nor allows specific triggering other than its Page being loaded.
This Control is part of the Integration - Audio Capture - Awaken Control pack, and will only be available if your System has the appropriate licence.
How To
Add an Awaken Audio - Start to the Page. No further configuration is possible or required.
Notes
As soon as a Page that contains an Awaken Audio - Start Field is loaded, the audio streaming process will automatically be started.
