Publishing a Workflow

Publishing a Workflow determines which Version to pop when a Campaign is popped. Versions can be published either manually, or automatically using the Version Scheduler.

How To

To Publish a Workflow, open the desired Version of the Workflow from the Workflow Properties view.

Click on the Publish button on the toolbar:

The Publish modal will then be displayed. In this modal, you can choose whether to immediately Publish the Version, or whether to schedule it for a later time (if the Version Scheduler Service is active). A list of basic checks and warnings will be displayed, displaying any detected issues with the Workflow prior to Publishing:

Notes

Once Published, it isn't possible to make a Workflow inactive (not Published), only to change which Version is Published. If you wish to stop serving a Published Workflow to agents, you must deactivate the associated Campaign(s).

If you Publish a different Version of a Workflow that already has a Published Version, then the Version is swapped.

The Published Version of a Workflow is not editable. To make changes to the process that the agents are running, you must edit a different Version of the Workflow and then Publish that new Version.
