Groups Section

 
The Groups Section allows the creation and management of Groups.
 
Groups can be used to restrict the access Users have to Workflows and Campaigns within Intelligent Agent, as well as to collectively assign Desktop Tabs.

Import Groups

1. Import Groups
 
It is possible to import one or more Groups from an external source. It should be noted that the import is a snapshot, rather than an ongoing live linkage.

Add Group

Clicking this button allows you to create a new Group.

Selected Group

The currently selected Group will be highlighted.

Group ID

Displays the unique ID for the current Group.

Set the name of the selected Group.

Group Members

6. Group Members
 
A list of Users currently associated with the Group are displayed here. These assignments can be removed by clicking the red cross button to the right of the User. New Users are added by clicking the Select button at the bottom of the panel.

Campaign Permissions

7. Campaign Permissions
 
A list of Campaigns currently associated with the Group are displayed here. These can be removed by clicking the red cross button to the right of the Campaign name. New Campaigns are added by clicking the Select button at the bottom of the panel.
 
Members of the Group will be able to receive records for this Campaign, and (if configured) will be able to see the Campaign on the Desktop
 
Members of the Group who also have the Campaign Management licence part will be able to see and configure the Campaign within the Campaigns Section.

Workflow Permissions

A list of Workflows currently associated with the Group are displayed here. These can be removed by clicking the red cross button to the right of the Workflow name. New Workflows are added by clicking the Select button at the bottom of the panel.
 
Members of the Group who also have the Designer licence part will be able to see and edit the Workflow within the Workflow Properties panel.

Group Desktop Tab URLs

9. Group Desktop Tab URLs
 
Additional Desktop Tabs for members of the current Group can be specified by entering a website URL.
 
Each URL needs to go on a separate line, and either start with http:// or https://, or else be a relative reference. Each line will be displayed in a separate Desktop Tab.

Attributes

If any System Attributes have been defined against Groups, then they will be visible and editable here.

Delete

Click Delete to delete a Group.

Click Save to save changes made.
