Users, Groups & Licences Module

 
The Users, Groups & Licences Module is used to create and manage Users and Groups, and the assignment of licence parts.
 
This Module will only be available to Users that have been assigned the System Manager or User Manager licence part.
 
Note: Users that have only been assigned the User Manager licence part will only be able to access the Users and Groups Sections, only be able to manage Users who haven't been assigned the System Manager licence part, and are only able to manage Users who are either members of a Group that they are a member of or not a member of any Groups. The ability to create or import Users and Groups for Users who have been assigned the User Manager licence part but not the System Manager licence part is configured in the Security Settings.

The Groups Section allows creating and managing Groups, controlling their membership and attached Campaigns or Workflows directly.

The Licences Section allows creating and managing the Intelligent Agent Licence, and controlling licence part assignment directly.

The Users Section allows creating and managing Users, controlling their configuration and optionally assigning them to Groups or licence parts directly.
