The System Attributes Section allows the addition of custom data fields to a Campaign, Campaign Alias, Group, User, or Workflow within Intelligent Agent. This allows useful information to be displayed directly where it might be required by Users, such as storing client contact details in the Workflow Properties view.
How To
Select a System Attribute type from the list at the left side of the screen, and then add or configure options for the selected type.
