The Modules are found in the main menu, which is accessed by clicking the menu icon at the top-left on the top toolbar:
 
 
 
In the expanded menu, you can move between Modules quickly and easily. Hover over a Module to view the Sections for that Module:

Desktop

The Desktop Module contains the Desktop itself, which is the only element of Intelligent Agent that most agent Users will be able to see.

The Campaign Module allows you to create, manage and import Campaigns for Workflows to be mapped to.

The Design Module allows you to create, manage and import the Workflows that the agents will use.

Admin

The Admin Module provides access to a variety of settings relating to Intelligent Agent, and its configuration and management.

Users, Groups & Licences

The Users, Groups & Licences Module allows the creation and management of Users and Groups, and the assignment of licence parts.

Reporting

The Reporting Module allows the configuration of Data Extracts to transport data from Intelligent Agent to an external location, and the Report Schedules to automate this.

Support

The Support Module contains information about the Intelligent Agent version, and also contains a link to the Awaken Intelligence support portal.
