The Workflows Section is where Workflows are created and managed.
This section of the documentation provides an overview of Workflow creation, including managing Workflow Properties, Version control, building Workflows, and improving the design and appearance of a Workflow.
Import Workflow
Click to import a Intelligent Agent Workflow export file (.exp file) using a simple wizard to upload and import the file. This allows Users to either import a Workflow from another Intelligent Agent System, or copy a Workflow within the same Intelligent Agent System. Click the Import button, and then select Choose File. Find and select the Workflow file to be imported, and then follow the easy to follow steps.
If assigning the imported Workflow the name of an already existing Workflow, then it will get added as a new Version. This allows the duplication of a Version other than the most recent by exporting and immediately re-importing it.
Note that if transferring a Workflow between different Intelligent Agent Systems and Systems are of different versions, there may be issues with the imported Controls: you may import Controls that are older than those in your System, Controls that you may not have a licence for, or Controls that are newer than your System supports. These Controls may not function at all, may need upgrading before functioning as expected, or (in the case of imports from a newer System version) may lead to System-wide problems. As such, a warning is displayed requiring confirmation before allowing the import of a Workflow from a newer System version.
Create a new Workflow. You will be prompted to specify a name for the Workflow, and then directed to its Workflow Properties to provide any further detail and build the Workflow.
Displays an alphabetical list of Workflows that are accessible for the current User. This will be filtered based on matching Group assignments between the User and Workflows, and any applied search.
