Users Section

The Users Section allows the creation and management of individual Users, assigning them Group membership or licence parts as desired, and altering the User's general settings.

Many of these settings can be altered by the User themself from the User Menu at the bottom-right corner of Agent Guidance.

Note: as part of the installation process, the installer will set up an initial administrator User account. See the Administrator Guide for further details.

If the current User only has the User Manager licence part and not the System Manager role, then it will exclude any Users who have themselves been assigned the System Manager licence part. It will also exclude any Users that do not have a shared Group assignment between the current and targeted User, except when the targeted User doesn't have any Group assignments.
