The About Section screen contains useful information about Agent Guidance, and appears as a modal over the page you accessed it from. This screen shows which version of Agent Guidance is installed, licensing and upgrade information, and useful information if you need to contact the your Agent Guidance vendor's helpdesk.
System Details
The System Details panel contains useful information about the Agent Guidance System. Your Agent Guidance vendor's helpdesk will likely ask you for the System Version if you raise a support request, which is visible here and at the bottom of the login screen.
The System Name is the System selected from your licence's available System(s) during installation. This is shared among all websites that you have installed against this same System for resilient configurations, and is defined by the applied Agent Guidance Licence.
The Web Instance Name is the specified name of this instance within your System. This can be different between different websites installed against this System, and it is generally recommended that the names are made distinct to assist with identifying the connected website for troubleshooting purposes.
The System ID is used for certain points of identification, such as when using the Cloud API. It is specific to this installation, and will be different if the System is completely reinstalled from fresh.
Licensing
The Licensing panel lists some key details about the applied Agent Guidance Licence, including the expiry date and current maximum installable Agent Guidance version supported by the locally-cached Licence. It also lists the licence components within the Licence, including how many can be assigned and are currently assigned or in use, and information about the validity dates for each licence component if specified.
Third Party Libraries
The Third Party Libraries panel lists installed libraries used by Agent Guidance. Each third party library name is a hyperlink, which when clicked takes the user to the appropriate library's website.
