Design Module

 
The Design Module is used to create, edit, style, schedule and organise Workflows. Editing Workflows is limited to Users that are a member of a Group associated with the Workflow; the System Group is automatically associated with all Workflows, but other Groups that are created are associated with Workflows on a per-Workflow basis.
 
This Module will only be available to Users that have been assigned the Designer licence part.

History

1. History
 
The History tab shows the history of which User edited a Workflow, when they edited it, what machine or IP address they used when doing so, and the action that was taken.

Stylesheets

2. Stylesheets
 
The Stylesheets Section provide basic formatting options to apply to Pages and Fields within a Workflow. These include changing the background colour of a Page, all Field text colour, applying a logo to the top and centre of each Workflow Page, and changing the colour of all Page buttons.

Templates

3. Templates
 
The Templates Section allows the creation and management of re-usable Workflow elements. Templates can be set to appear in every new Workflow that is created if required, or added on an ad hoc basis. These Templates can be added into a Workflow either as new Pages, or as a selection of pre-formatted and arranged Fields within an existing Page; in both cases, the Template content can then be freely modified within the new Workflow.

Version Scheduler

The Version Schedules tab allows a Version of a Workflow to be Published automatically at a specific date and time.
