Campaign View

 
When a Campaign is selected from the Desktop, the Campaign record view is displayed. This is where an available record for a Campaign can be launched, or a new record created.
 
Use of the Campaign record view is only typical when not integrating Agent Guidance with a system that will be automatically triggering record pop based on external interaction streams. In those circumstances, the Campaign record view might only contain internal or administrative Workflows that are used to assist with or visualise some process outside of the common interaction stream handling.

Current Record

If there is an available record for the selected Campaign, then a brief summary of the record's details will be displayed in this panel.

Preview Timer

If the selected Campaign is configured to automatically release or run records after a specific delay, then the timer will be displayed to the User here.

Back

3. Back
 
The User can click this button to be returned to their previous screen without running a record.

Create a New Record

4. Create a New Record
 
If enabled for the selected Campaign, then this button can be clicked to create and launch a new, blank record.

Run the Current Record

If there is an available record for the selected Campaign, then clicking this button will pop the record.

Current Record's History

6. Current Record's History
 
If there is an available record for the selected Campaign, then a brief summary of the last 25 history entries relating to that record will be displayed in this panel.
