Each Module in Agent Guidance has its own menu. All Module menus operate under the following principles:
Expand/Collapse Category
Menus will frequently contain two or more categories of items. If so, only one category will be visible at a time, and the currently expanded category can be controlled with this button on the category's header.

Import Items
Some Modules or categories will allow the importing of content (e.g., Users or Workflows), from a database, file, or web service.
Add Item
Click to add a new item to the currently selected Module or category.
Refresh
Where items may have changed (for example, by other Users), a refresh icon may be shown.
Minimise Tray
Certain menus within Agent Guidance can be minimised; clicking this button will collapse or expand the tray.
