Version Schedules Tab

 
The Version Schedules tab will Publish a Workflow automatically at a preset date and time. For example, if an out-of-hours Workflow Version swap is needed, this change can be automated rather than a person having to be online to make the transition manually at the desired time.
 
The Version Scheduler is a licence-driven feature, please contact your Agent Guidance vendor for more information if you are unable to gain access to this Section.
 

How To

The Version Scheduling Service allows Workflow Versions to be Published at specified times. These schedules will not be processed unless the Service is active, and the Service status can be seen at the top-right of the window. Clicking on the Service status will take you to the Version Scheduling Service section (if you have the required licence part).
 
Schedules can be added by clicking the + icon at the top-right of the panel, and removed by clicking the Bin icon at the edge of their rows prior to the schedule being acted upon. Each schedule lists general information about who created the schedule and when, and which Version will be published at what date.
