The General Settings provide generic feature management, allowing settings to be configured at a System-wide level. Options configured here will affect all Users, but many options can be overridden at a more granular level by setting them for specific Groups or Users.
Email Connector
It is possible to specify an Email SMTP (Outgoing) or Email O365 (Outgoing) Connector that will be used as the default wherever a specific Connector hasn't been provided wherever an email has been queued within Agent Guidance, such as from Email Fields or via JavaScript.
This will also be used for system emails, such as sending out password reset emails.
If enabled, Agent Guidance will show full error messages (for example, including full stack trace code) should an error be encountered. It is recommended that this is only switched on for development Systems, or if providing information to the helpdesk.
If Agent Guidance is being run in an iframe (not in a standalone browser tab/window), a domain can be set here to allow cross-communication between Agent Guidance and the parent frame without triggering cross-domain JavaScript restrictions.
