If using a CT Provider integration, the communication toolbar will appear at the top of the screen once a Campaign is launched. Please note that the appearance of the toolbar and its offered functionality will vary depending on the configured integration.
All toolbar button functions are described below. Most of the buttons' visibility and availability can be controlled by using a Toolbar Button Field, or the associated Helper Functions.
CT Provider Specific Options
A range of buttons may display in the main toolbar, depending on the CT Provider used. On the Desktop, it may offer options such as to log in to the configured CT Provider.
Allows the User to move from one Activity to another. For example, if completing an email Workflow, an incoming call could pop a new Workflow. The Activities list allows them to swap between in-progress Workflows as required.
Click to transfer the active interaction. Options will appear to choose the associated items to transfer; for example the call, the Workflow, and so forth. Transfers are only possible to Users that are a member of a Group that is assigned to the current Campaign.
Note that Users without a CT Provider integration may see this button appear on the left side of the screen to allow them to transfer just the Workflow.
