Connectors are used to define a data link that communicates between Agent Guidance and an external system, such as an email server or Single Sign On provider. The specific configuration and capabilities vary between each Connector type, but typically include some authentication details to link to the desired system, and some configuration to specify how the established link is to be used.
The currently available Connectors within Agent Guidance are listed below. Please note that visibility of specific Connectors is controlled by the System Licence.

How To
Select a Connector type from box at the top-left side of the screen, and then add or select an existing Connector. Configuration options for the selected Connector will then be displayed, as well as the ability to activate/deactivate the Connector.
Clicking this lets you create a new Connector of the currently selected type.
The chosen name should be concise, yet distinctive and descriptive, as it will be used elsewhere within Agent Guidance to choose which Connector is used in a situation. The name must be unique within this Connector type, but Connectors of different types can share a common name.
