Datasource: Static List

This example demonstrates how static data can be specified directly for a List Box or Agent Assist - Rebuttals.

1) Select the Static List datasource type:

2) Either directly input the values that you want to display, or import them from an external location. If using the Import option, then it will take you through the Import Wizard process, and add the selected items into the list.
Note: for a List Box, the values don't have to be unique, but if there are duplicates then multiple rows may be visually highlighted in the List Box simultaneously if a duplicate value is selected.
Note: for an Agent Assist - Rebuttals, the objection & rebuttal values must be unique.
Note: for an Agent Assist - Rebuttals, the prompt values can be left blank - a default prompt will be used instead if so.

3) Mapping the specified item(s) to a Field or Variable is configured in this step:
Note: the List Box and Agent Assist - Rebuttals can only map the utilised columns, and will always overwrite existing data within the target Field or Variable.
Note: if Multiple Selection is enabled for the List Box, then no data will be mapped even if only a single row is currently selected.

4) When the agent selects an item from the List Box or Agent Assist - Rebuttals, the Field can be configured to trigger certain other Fields to perform an action. In this example, when our List Box has had a selection made, it will trigger a second (dynamic) List Box to source or refresh its content:

Update Links are a deceptively powerful tool, allowing the chaining of multiple Fields together into automated sequences of actions. For example; when an agent selects an item in a List Box, this can map a value to another field like a Text Box, as well as triggering a second List Box to refresh its data set based on the selection in the first List Box. The second List Box will then display a related set of data based upon the selection in the original List Box. This could then be taken further, with the second List Box being set to trigger a JavaScript - Button when an option was selected, causing some specific behaviour to then occur in-Workflow based on the current selections.

5) Click Finish.
