Scheduling a Data Extract

Scheduling a Data Extract run follows on from configuring a Data Extract run, and is the next step in the wizard unless the Run option in the Data Extracts Section was used. Once a Report Schedule has been created, it will be listed in the Reporting Scheduler Section.

The Name is displayed in the Reporting Scheduler list, and also in the Campaign screen for any included Campaigns.

The Recurrence specifies when the Data Extract will actually be run.

Recurrence Option	Description
Once	Runs the Report Schedule a single time at the specified date and time, and then will either set the Report Schedule with a status of Completed or delete it, depending on the selected option.
Hourly	Runs the Report Schedule indefinitely at the specified hourly interval, with the first occurrence being at the specified start date and time.
Daily	Runs the Report Schedule indefinitely at the specified daily interval, with the first occurrence being at the specified start date and time.
Weekly	Runs the Report Schedule indefinitely at the specified weekly interval, for all selected days, with the first valid occurrence being at the specified start date and time.
Day of Month	Runs the Report Schedule indefinitely at the specified monthly interval, on the specified date of the month, with the first valid occurrence being at the specified start date and time.
First/Last Week Day of Month	Runs the Report Schedule indefinitely at the specified monthly interval, on the first/last specified day of the month, with the first valid occurrence being at the specified start date and time.

If a Weekly recurrence is selected, with an Interval of 2 and Saturday and Sunday selected, then the Schedule will run on alternating weekends.
