Installation And Maintenance

This guide is written for the current release of Intelligent Agent, and specific referenced terms and phrases can be found in the Glossary.

Before Installation

Before a Intelligent Agent System can be deployed, the elements of the Intelligent Agent Technology Stack must be reviewed and in place. The end-user client PCs must meet the Client Hardware and Software Requirements, and a Intelligent Agent licence must have been requested and issued through the Intelligent Agent Licence Request page.

Installation

A Intelligent Agent System Setup and Installation Checklist is available to help manage the setup process and ensure suitable considerations are made.

A single executable is used to install, upgrade or uninstall website instance(s) of a Intelligent Agent System and will handle the Intelligent Agent technology stack. Details on how obtain the Intelligent Agent installer can be found in the Intelligent Agent Installer Files article.

After installation has completed, a number of Post-Installation Tasks will need to be completed.
