This guide is written for the current release of Agent Guidance, and specific referenced terms and phrases can be found in the Glossary.

Before Installation

Before a Agent Guidance System can be deployed, the elements of the Agent Guidance Technology Stack must be reviewed and in place. The end-user client PCs must meet the Client Hardware and Software Requirements, and a Agent Guidance licence must have been requested and issued through the Agent Guidance Licence Request page.

Installation

A Agent Guidance System Setup and Installation Checklist is available to help manage the setup process and ensure suitable considerations are made.

A single executable is used to install, upgrade or uninstall website instance(s) of a Agent Guidance System and will handle the Agent Guidance technology stack. Details on how obtain the Agent Guidance installer can be found in the Agent Guidance Installer Files article.

After installation has completed, a number of Post-Installation Tasks will need to be completed.
